Last updated: 7 October 2026 These terms govern your use of RelayBloom (relaybloom.ashutechline.com), a service operated by Ashu Techline, Surat, Gujarat, India. By creating an account or using RelayBloom you agree to them. 1. The service RelayBloom lets you send personalized text messages, PDFs and images, and personalized invitations, from your own WhatsApp number to contacts you provide. It connects to WhatsApp the way WhatsApp Web does. It is not the official WhatsApp Business Platform (Meta API) and is not affiliated with or endorsed by WhatsApp or Meta. 2. Your account You must be at least 18 and give a valid email address. Keep your login private; you are responsible for activity in your workspace. 3. Consent and acceptable use - Send messages only to people who have agreed to receive them from you. You confirm this before every batch, and you are responsible for that confirmation. - Honour opt-outs: add people who ask to stop to your do-not-message list. - Do not send spam, unsolicited bulk advertising, fraud, phishing, threats, hate speech, adult content, or anything illegal or that infringes others' rights. - Do not use RelayBloom to collect data about people, or to evade WhatsApp's limits or bans. - You own and are responsible for the content you upload and send. We may suspend or close accounts that break these rules, without refund of credits already used. 4. WhatsApp risks WhatsApp can change its service, limit sending, or restrict or ban numbers, especially numbers that are reported or send to many new contacts. We cannot prevent this, do not guarantee delivery, and are not responsible for restrictions placed on your WhatsApp account. Use a number you can afford to have restricted, and send at a sensible pace. 5. Plans, credits and payments Prices are shown in Indian rupees (INR) in your workspace before you pay, and payments are processed by Razorpay. One credit covers one recipient's message with its attachment. Plans renew only when you buy again; there is no automatic debit. Our Payments & refunds page forms part of these terms. 6. Availability We aim to keep RelayBloom running, but it is provided "as is" and may be interrupted for maintenance, WhatsApp changes or hosting problems. A batch that is interrupted is paused, and you can resume it. A message that was already handed to WhatsApp cannot be recalled. 7. Limitation of liability To the extent the law allows, Ashu Techline is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost business, or WhatsApp account restrictions. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim. 8. Ending your use You can stop using RelayBloom at any time and ask us to delete your account. We may suspend or end access for breach of these terms or misuse. 9. Governing law These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Surat, Gujarat have exclusive jurisdiction. 10. Changes We may update these terms and will post the new version here with a new date.
