Last updated: 7 October 2026 RelayBloom is an online software service. We do not sell or ship any physical goods, so there are no shipping charges and nothing is delivered to a postal address. 1. Plans and credits After a successful payment through Razorpay, your plan or message credits are added to your RelayBloom workspace automatically, usually within a few minutes. You can see them under Billing in your workspace at https://relaybloom.ashutechline.com/app. 2. If credits do not appear If your credits are not visible within 24 hours of a successful payment, email info@ashutechline.com with your Razorpay order ID or payment ID. We will add the credits or refund the payment, as described on our Payments & refunds page. 3. Managed campaigns For campaigns we send for you, the sending date and the report are agreed with you before payment. The campaign report is shared by email or WhatsApp after sending. 4. Personalized invitation PDFs PDFs you create are available to download from your workspace immediately; nothing is posted or couriered.
