Can I use my own invitation or event design?
Yes. Upload a PDF, JPG or PNG up to 10 MB. Add guest-name areas to your design and personalize the filename. A design with a blank name area gives the cleanest result.
Which languages work in personalized PDFs?
English and Gujarati are supported in the PDF editor. Preview the generated PDF to check spelling, placement and readability before sending.
Can I download the invitations without sending them?
Yes. Check your guest list, generate the personalized PDFs and download them together as a ZIP. A review supports up to 200 guests and 250 MB of generated files.
How does the WhatsApp connection work?
Connect your own number through WhatsApp Linked devices. RelayBloom uses an unofficial WhatsApp Web connection. Compatibility can change, and automated sending can lead to account restrictions. It is not an official Meta product.
What is included in the monthly plan?
The monthly plan includes one WhatsApp number and the recipient-send allowance shown in current pricing. Text with an optional image or same PDF uses one send. Renew manually; there is no automatic debit. Extra-send packs are shown in current pricing and require an active plan. Included unused sends expire. Managed services and custom design are separate.
How do message credits work?
When paid credits are enabled, one credit covers one recipient’s message with an optional PDF or image. Confirmed failures return the credit; unconfirmed attempts hold it. View current pricing and payment availability in your workspace. Previewing and exporting PDFs use no message credits.
Does “sent” mean my message was delivered?
Sent means WhatsApp accepted the message. Delivered means a delivery acknowledgement was received. An unconfirmed attempt is shown separately and is not automatically retried.
