Last updated: 7 October 2026 RelayBloom (relaybloom.ashutechline.com) is a product of Ashu Techline ("we", "us"). This policy explains what we collect when you use RelayBloom, why, and how long we keep it. 1. Information we collect - Account: your email address, a salted password hash (we never store your password itself), and, if you sign in with Google, your Google account identifier and verified email. - Your workspace content: contact names and phone numbers you paste or import, message text, PDFs and images you upload, invitation templates and name-area settings, and your do-not-message list. - Sending records: for each attempt, the recipient number, the time, the delivery status and a fingerprint of the message, used for reports and to stop accidental repeat sends. - WhatsApp connection: when you link your WhatsApp number, the linked-device session is stored on our server so the connection survives restarts. We do not read or import your WhatsApp chats or address book. - Payments: order ID, payment ID, amount, plan and status. Card, UPI and bank details are entered on Razorpay's checkout and are handled by Razorpay, not stored by us. - Enquiries: the name, email, phone number and campaign details you send through the estimate form. - Technical data: IP address (used for rate limiting and security), basic browser error reports, and, only if you allow it, Google Analytics measurement (see below). 2. How we use it - To provide the service: sign you in, send the messages you start, show progress and reports, and add purchased credits. - To protect recipients and the service: consent confirmation, opt-out list, 24-hour repeat-send protection, rate limits and abuse prevention. - To send account emails such as email verification and password reset, and to reply to your enquiries. - To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations. We do not sell your data, and we do not use your contacts or message content for advertising. 3. Who we share it with - Razorpay, to process payments. - Google (Firebase Authentication and, with your consent, Google Analytics), for sign-in and measurement. - WhatsApp (Meta): messages you send are delivered through your own WhatsApp account and are subject to WhatsApp's terms and privacy policy. - Our hosting and email providers, who store and process data on our behalf. - Authorities, where the law requires it. 4. Retention - Account data is kept while your account exists. - Only the latest batch attachment is kept per user; older batch attachments are deleted automatically. - Repeat-send fingerprints are removed after 24 hours; do-not-message entries stay until you remove them. - Login sessions expire after 7 days. Usage statistics are kept for 90 days. - Payment records are kept as long as tax and accounting laws require. 5. Your choices and rights You can disconnect WhatsApp at any time from your workspace, which also logs RelayBloom out of your linked devices. You can ask us to access, correct, export or delete your account and data by emailing info@ashutechline.com from your account email. We will respond within 30 days. Some payment records may need to be kept for legal reasons. 6. Security We use HTTPS, HttpOnly session cookies, hashed passwords and hashed session tokens, and keep each workspace's data separate. No system is perfectly secure; tell us at once if you suspect misuse of your account. 7. Children RelayBloom is not meant for anyone under 18. 8. Changes We will post changes on this page with a new date. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated policy.
